Mars Sextile Uranus

Be who you are....

Really.....

Embody it.

Breathe it. 

Think it. 

Dropping the habitual rut becomes easier as we create space with the breath, embody our intention, becoming it, and thinking it with at least faith as we breathe it into being.

The illusion is that the truth hurts.

The truth is that vulnerability with the truth is creates flow.  

The illusion keeps us from what truly makes us expand.  resisting the flow.  Flow opens us to all aspects of limitlessness.

Be Seen.  ?

Why are we all so embarrassed of ourselves!?

Why not?

....Fear....

Exhale it.  create space, inhale.  Hug it.  Another inhale. Walk up to it, shake it's hand.  Sense it.  Exhale it.  

Send it away with love.  Change comes through focusing on the new.  Transitions are so vital, yet we want to rush.

The dark side of Mars sextile Uranus, in Gemini and Aries respectively is to rush. 

To leap off the cliff before we're ready.

Saunter towards the fear.  Find it.  love it.  release it in peace. 

But the up side::

We feel the openness, the fire combusted by air, to expand into it, effortlessly.  Are we preparing the heart by feeling what's there... purge the heart, feel the emotions, release into the breath.

To give the old habits the same energy is to only produce more of the same.  To surround them in love, letting vulnerability clear and purify the heart, the intentions, we release the fear which keeps us attached to the same habit, same energy.

They've taken your energy for so long.... let the energy move to the new to move forward.

Mercury is in Cancer, where all the energy is morphing towards from Gemini  as we speak.....mindfulness leads to fully opening to internal space...seeing the whole within.

Uranus is in Aries, right....

Mars in Gemini:  embodiment of breath which emerges as mindfulness...Watch the breath and body respond to one another....

mindfulness:  embodying awareness by connecting mind and body through breath

Awareness:  sight.  The observer watching the mind and body as mechanics.  Space.

So allow the "I Am"  of Aries energy to transform that awareness into action of mars:  fiery, impulsive, but settle the force, aggression with the consciousness of the breath, watching the sensations in the body.

Fire of "I am"  combusted by Gemini Air in Mars's fiery energy....The mars in Gemini is supporting the change if we can create mindfulness through breath, that witness state of yoga.

you might have noticed, you know exactly what you need to do.

Life can be trippy and synchronistic when we pay attention and move with the flow.

Now, .... to RELEASE into the flow...

And that is the beauty of the breath.

It's automatic, but to master our physical to unlock the spiritual, we learn to master the prana from the breath... 

taking it in, letting it flow, teaching our minds and bodies to flow....

Move with the current, body and mind.

Uranus, Aries, and Gemini, all are about the mind... we have a full spectrum...

She Let Go

"She let go. Without a thought or a word, she let go.

She let go of the fear. She let go of the judgments. She let go of the confluence of opinions swarming around her head. She let go of the committee of indecision within her. She let go of all the 'right' reasons. Wholly and completely, without hesitation or worry, she just let go.

She didn't ask anyone for advice. She didn't read a book on how to let go...She didn't search the scriptures. She just let go. She let go of all of the memories that held her back. She let go of all of the anxiety that kept her from moving forward. She let go of the planning and all of the calculations about how to do it just right.

She didn't promise to let go. She didn't journal about it. She didn't write the projected date in her Day-Timer. She made no public announcement and put no ad in the paper. She didn't check the weather report or read her daily horoscope.

She just let go.

She didn't analyze whether she should let go. She didn't call her friends to discuss the matter. She didn't do a five-step Spiritual Mind Treatment. She didn't call the prayer line. She didn't utter one word. She just let go.

No one was around when it happened. There was no applause or congratulations. No one thanked her or praised her. No one noticed a thing. Like a leaf falling from a tree, she just let go.

There was no effort. There was no struggle. It wasn't good and it wasn't bad. It was what it was, and it is just that.

In the space of letting go, she let it all be.
